I fell in love with barre when I was in college. It was low impact, but an incredibly challenging workout… plus it made me feel like a freaking goddess. It took no time before I was certified, and I have never looked back. Barre was how I learned to love my body. Each workout is programed with intention and love for your body.
When I made the transition to motherhood, I felt lost on how to properly keep my core and growing baby safe. Can I lay on my back for workouts? What kind of core work is ok to do? In 2020, I took matters into my own hands, and I became a pre/postnatal coach to help other mamas focus on their core and pelvic floor during and after pregnancy. Moving your bump has so many incredible benefits, especially when combined with movements from barre + pilates!
